Lecturers of the Environmental Science program joined the training conference on environmental protection for women staff in Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong province in 2020

On September 11, 2020, at Thanh Phuoc Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong province, the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of Tan Uyen town coordinated with the Environmental Science Program, Faculty of Management Science Management, Thu Dau Mot University to organize a training conference on environmental protection for women in Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong province with the theme "Minimizing plastic waste, sorting waste at source"

At the training conference, lecturers of the Environmental Science program had 2 reports on the topic “Raising awareness of the harmful effects of plastic waste", presented by Master Ho Bich Lien and "Sorting waste at source”, shared by Doctor Nguyen Huynh Anh Tuyet. The training session contributed to raising women’s awareness of the negative impacts of plastic trash, the importance, and necessity of separating waste at the source. Thereby, the Conference expects to enhance women’s role in propaganda and protection of natural resources and environment, contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized cities of the place.
